竹内 徹也(たけうち てつや)
専門:極低温強磁場物性
室温から希釈冷凍機によるmK(ミリケルビン)の極低温に至る温度域で、比熱、熱膨張、磁歪、磁化、電気伝導など様々な実験手法を用い、電子相関の強いf電子やd電子系が織りなす新しい物理現象の探求と解明の研究を行っています。学内外の多くの研究者の方々と共同研究を行っています。また、理学研究科附属先端強磁場科学研究センターを兼任し、60 T(テスラ)に至る超強場中での極低温環境創成のための装置開発と測定も行っています。上記の固体物性以外に、生体に対する磁場効果(磁場中でのフィブリン配向、赤血球の磁場配向、繊毛、鞭毛の磁場配向など)の研究も行ってきました。
